Orphaned non-free media (Image:Wonderland cover.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Wonderland cover.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 12:11, 14 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add advertising or inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in Premier League. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Please stop adding advertising or inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in Nicolas Anelka. It is considered spamming, and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising. Thanks. Oldelpaso (talk) 09:12, 20 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Please stop. If you continue spamming Wikipedia, as you did to Adrian Leijer, you will be blocked from editing. Oldelpaso (talk) 16:09, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to Mike Ashley (businessman), you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines.
