As Little Lefty experiences a deep trance within the spiritual boundary of the Talyxian, the apparition of Little Righty begins to explain that everything will be connected together — their memories, their feelings, everyone, and everything.
Just then, a strange unknown voice from deep within the spiritual boundary calls out to come hither. Meanwhile, outside of the Talyxian creature, a strange tendril of slime flies out and splatters onto Pekk, adhering to his face!

Not completely sure, but it looks like Little Lefty is being assimilated into some kind of Talyxian collective, kind of like the Borg from Star Trek or the alien creature from the movie The Thing.
Though, I hope it's just them tripping out and their spirit is separating from their dying body and is then rejoining with the spirits of the rest of their tribe.
I guess we'll have to wait and see... either way, it's sad.
